Yoga

I love yoga for the way that it brings together two of my daily focuses - movement and spirituality. Yoga helps me to feel a connection to and an awareness of my body. Through yoga, I now think about how I'm sitting, I think about how I'm walking, and I feel as though I can help my body to be its best self. The sense of empowerment that I feel in yoga class stays with me in the rest of my life.
